Care Signature - Terms of Service

By installing or using Care Signature, you agree to these terms. The add-on is provided to authorized users for work-related document signing in Google Docs.
The service
Care Signature lets you create and insert a visual representation of your signature or initials into Google Docs. It is not a certified electronic signature or legal e-signature platform and does not provide an audit trail.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for signatures and initials you insert into documents.
- Only insert your own signature or initials unless you are explicitly authorized to sign on someone else’s behalf under organization policy.
- You must comply with organization policies and applicable law when signing documents.
Availability
The add-on is provided “as is.” We may update, limit, or withdraw it for maintenance, security, or organizational reasons.
Google Workspace
Your use of Google Docs and related Google services is subject to Google’s terms and your organization’s Google Workspace agreement.
